Exclusive Apartment in Hart im Zillertal With Mountain View

I hadn’t planned to write a review, but several family members gave the place five stars, so I felt I should share my experience. There was barely any communication, which we aren’t used to in Austria. Still, aside from the issues below, we felt comfortable. The balcony has a great view, and we were allowed to keep our bikes in the garage. The beds were completely worn out, and the mattresses were far too soft. The internet kept dropping out and was unusable, with no connection on the balcony. There wasn’t a power outlet there either, so I bought an extension cord. According to Novasol, there should have been a freezer compartment, but there wasn’t. The daughter didn’t respond at check-in, so I bought a small freezer on the spot. There were hardly any dishes, so we couldn’t really use the dishwasher, and the dishes that were there weren’t clean. I also cleaned the mirrored bathroom cabinet and the toilet, which looked terrible under the seat. I would have preferred to write something different, but that’s how it was.
