The location is exceptional, and the service was unbelievably thoughtful. My son made a little snowman on the balcony, and the next day housekeeping had brought a carrot for its nose. Such a lovely touch. It was wonderful from start to finish.

Bianca, Bobo, and their team made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. It's a very comfortable hotel with excellent staff, on-site parking, and ski ski out access. We've already booked for next year!

Five steps out the front door and you're on the slopes, with town just a short walk away. The location couldn't be better. We loved the authentic bar and hangout area, the wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice, and especially the bread and jams. The hotel was super clean, and the sauna and spa were fantastic after a full day of skiing. Floriane and Bianca the owner made the stay. They welcomed us warmly, shared lots of useful information, and recommended fabulous restaurants, where to ski, and things to do. We'll definitely be back!
