Heart Hotel Grischuna

The pool and spa were a real pleasure, with thoughtful little touches and everything spotlessly clean. We also liked the tasteful, relaxing decor, comfy beds and linens, clean bathrooms, and nice soap and shower gel. Our rooms were lovely, and the team helped with all sorts of requests. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious, with friendly staff. Shuttles to the ski lifts ran regularly. We had a few drinks at the bar, where the barman suggested a couple of excellent restaurants for supper. It exceeded my expectations, and hopefully we’ll return next year.

Breakfast was a highlight of our week at Grischuna: eggs just right each time, a full buffet, and great coffee. The staff were lovely and so helpful, and our room was very large and comfortable. We really can’t fault the hotel, it was a perfect stay. The lift queues around the resort were quite long, so we're unsure when we’d come back, but we loved our week here.

After skiing, the spa was the best part for me. The outdoor pool was kept at a lovely temperature, and the sauna and steam room were just right for winding down. The hotel’s lighting also creates a lovely atmosphere. It’s quite a walk uphill from the main ski lift, but the morning and afternoon shuttles made that easy. Service was remarkable throughout, with real attention to detail. The rooms were fine, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel felt intimate despite having more than 30 rooms. We spent nine nights there with friends, and the sleek rooms and shared spaces, great amenities, and very friendly, professional team all exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was impressive for a hotel this size, and the wait staff were attentive and personable. We also enjoyed the bar and light dinner options. Staff arranged transport to and from the St Anton train station and ran daily shuttles to the ski lifts. We’re looking forward to returning next year.
