The cabin lift is very close, and this family-run place has a friendly atmosphere. We stayed for two nights with half board. The accommodation was very nice and the food tasty.

The cake was delicious, and the terrace has a fantastic view. The service was very friendly. I felt appreciated as a guest, and they even let me recharge my e-bike battery.

The view of the Dachstein Mountains was breathtaking, and the Tauern cable car valley station was just 100 meters away, right in sight. We stayed at Pension Kitzer with our two children and felt at ease from the start. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Our room was cozy and clean, with daily tidying and cleaning available on request, a thoughtful, environmentally friendly arrangement. We had a great stay and would happily return. Best wishes from the Biemann-Rohde Family.

The food and the spot right by the ski slopes were two of our favorite parts. In the morning, the balcony view was breathtaking, and the spa had a really cozy feel. Everything was spotless, and the host family was always attentive and friendly. It felt like home as soon as we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to next year.

We especially enjoyed the dinners: we’d booked half-board and got a multi-course meal every evening, with outstanding food. Breakfast was generous too, with eggs cooked fresh to order in all kinds of variations, served at a beautifully set table in the cozy dining room. Our room matched the website description and was clean and well cared for, with daily cleaning. The spa area was modern and immaculate. Pension Kitzer is near Hauser Kaibling, and the host family and staff were all friendly and clearly took pride in their work. We felt very comfortable during our lovely week and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
