An excellently run guesthouse with a caring owner and a good location. The room and breakfast will really surprise you. Ideal if you’re going skiing in Haus. I recommend it!

Mrs Inge and Mr Karl have put so much heart and kindness into Rosspointnerhof. This was our third visit, and I hope it won’t be the last. The guesthouse and rooms are cozy, the meals are delicious, and the hosts are always smiling and ready to help. It’s very close to Hauser Kaibling, so you can put on your skis and go there and back without a car. A fantastic place for a vacation where you feel qat home.

The owners are very friendly, breakfast is great, and it’s excellent value for money. The Hauser Kaibling valley station is very close. If there’s heavy snowfall, snow chains are recommended because the final stretch is very steep.

The breakfast was a real highlight, and the hosts were warm and happy to share useful hiking tips. The rooms are spotlessly clean and furnished with care, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. It’s peaceful here, and the “Haus am Kaibling” cable car is only a 5-minute walk away. I felt completely at ease, and the price for what you get is excellent.
