We've been here three times now and will be back. Clean, quiet, friendly, well equipped, and the Sommercard is included. It's everything we're looking for.

The hostess is lovely, and the apartment is clean. You can have fresh bread brought to your door each day. The lower gondola station is a 20-minute walk or just a 3-minute drive away.

We visited at the start of July. The apartment was pleasant, clean, and furnished well enough, and the Sommecard was included. The terrace was lovely, though we didn't get to enjoy it much because it rained so often. Our hostess was very nice. She brought us a welcome cake and was always ready to help, advise us, and sort out our requests, including extending our stay and letting us stay until the afternoon. She speaks German and English. We highly recommend it.

Everything was in perfect order, and communication was good. We had a very nice stay at Schönauer's place.

The apartment is cozy and very well kept, though a little small. The landlady is very friendly and always finds a solution to any problem. The family really loves animals. The shower and the unbelievably comfortable bed deserve extra points. Highly recommended.
