The village was beautiful and authentic, and the local skiing was fantastic. The slopes are steep and challenging, though there are beginner areas too. We stayed between Christmas and New Year in 2025, and it was a perfect base for skiing, with a short free bus ride to the nearest cable car. Our family has wheat, gluten, and dairy allergies, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. They were all friendly and helpful, spoke English well, and the breakfasts were an amazing buffet. We ate dinner at the hotel every night because both the food and service were so good. The rooms were very clean, and I also have to mention the delicious beer on tap. Thank you, we’d definitely stay again!

The dinners were exceptional, and the staff were so helpful.

The restaurant service was okay, but I had digestive problems after eating your leberknoedelsuppe. I’m not far away, so I’ll bring the food back to you. Please be more careful about what you serve your guests.

A very pleasant place, with staff who are always willing to help. I can warmly recommend it. Karel Fink and his wife.

They arranged my booking quickly and on request, and the service was excellent. The WiFi internet connection didn’t work.
