The outdoor pool and sauna were great, and the staff were always pleasant and ready to help. The room was spacious and renovated, but the indoor pool looked tired. The gym and relaxation room were poor. Food was okay, the coffee was good, and the kids' menu was a little limited. The ski bus is free, though the Wi-Fi signal wasn't good.

The rooms were very clean and nice, the food was excellent, and the spa had good saunas. It's a bit far from the ski slopes, but there's a good direct bus connection. This place mainly makes sense for a skiing or climbing holiday.

The sauna and spa were among the best I've experienced. There are two steam rooms, a BIO sauna, and a more relaxing sauna that only reaches about 60 Celsius. You can fill your water at the nearby ice machine, and free cups are provided. I did miss having a cold bath, though. The outdoor pool has an astounding mountain view, and the view from the hotel is something else. It's right by the lake and the Zeit Wirts Restaurant. Breakfast was great, much better than dinner in my opinion.

Getting around was easy, with buses and trains close to the hotel. I stayed here with my husband, our two kids and my cousin, and was really surprised by how delightful it was. The views from the pools and rooms were fascinating, and the customer service was excellent, with lots of employees ready to help. The rooms were cleaned every morning and were nicely decorated and organized. I'd recommend it for a ski trip or a relaxing vacation.
