Falkensteiner Family Hotel Sonnenalpe

Nina made us feel welcome from the start. She was kind and professional, and the whole spa program was a wonderful experience. There was a different peeling each day, the aufguss rituals were amazing, and the yoga sessions were top quality. Everything was well organized and created a relaxing atmosphere. You can feel the passion and attention to detail. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

Even with two rainy days, we had plenty to do, thanks to the many free activities with the Nassfeld Card from the hotel. The location is great, and at first we didn’t know where to start. The hotel was fully booked, but it never felt crowded or stressful, with so many facilities keeping things balanced. Our Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, and we couldn’t hear the babies next door at all. Food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of choices throughout the day. The kids’ playroom was amazing, and the team there spoke lots of languages, even ours, so leaving our daughter while we had a drink felt easy. This was our first Alps trip with our 4-year-old daughter, and the hotel made nature fun for her too. Lorenzo welcomed us at reception after our long journey, patiently explained everything, parked our car and made us feel at home. All the staff were cheerful and welcoming. Natasha gave a very good massage, thank you all for making the stay unforgettable. We thought three nights would be enough for our road trip, but we’d have stayed longer if we’d known how lovely it would be.

We had a great 8 nights in Sonnenalpe. Our daughter loved the kids’ program and making new friends, while we got to relax in the spa. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, the food was great, and the service was superb. Everyone was so friendly. I recommend it, and we’ll come back.

Our kids had plenty to keep them occupied, and I really liked the hotel’s layout. It’s dog-friendly, the staff are very friendly, and there are some cool summer bonuses. The all-inclusive option was really nice. The rooms are well equipped, and the bed suited me perfectly, though my wife found it much too hard. The one real downside is the Wi-Fi, which is pretty much useless in some rooms.
