The sauna building sits right by the lake, with lovely views, and you can jump into the water after a sauna session. There’s also a kids’ playground, volleyball court, and a self-service kiosk stocked with basic groceries and drinks. You take what you need, scan it, and pay. The place is lakeside with mountains behind it, and the ski bus stops nearby. It’s an 8-10 minute walk to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The main building has spacious standard rooms and the reception. The wooden houses have a good layout and modern fittings, with a living room, well-equipped kitchen, and toilet downstairs, then two small bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and one bathroom upstairs.

We had apartment no.109 in the wooden houses this year, without a sauna, and really appreciated having the sauna house on the property. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and towels, sauna towels at the sauna house, and bathrobes were provided. The on-site shop was useful for bread, milk, basic groceries, and drugstore items. Staff were very helpful, parking was great, and the ski storage room under the house was handy. This was our second visit, and we hope to come again next winter. We definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed here several times, including before the reconstruction, and love the place. The wooden houses and the sauna house by the lake are lovely, and having the ski bus so close is handy. We’ll definitely return.

Fresh bread and eggs are available every morning. The new apartment house has spacious, well-equipped places with a beautiful lake view. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the Tröpolach / Nassfeld ski area.
