The food was fresh and well prepared, especially the antipasti from Giusy. Both buffet meals were delicious, and we had very good service from Gabriel. With just one day's notice, the hotel even arranged a tasty birthday cake for our daughter, which made her happy. We stayed for a week in August with our family of four and had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with good activities and a pool the whole family enjoyed. Our kids especially loved the baby club with Karolina and Mathias. The location is incredible, right in front of the Millenium Express and close to lakes and bike trails. Our suite felt a bit cramped, and the rooms are on the small side. For a hotel in this category, I think there should be a fridge, particularly in summer. Having to pay for purified water at dinner also felt like a bit of a faux pas given the price.

I've made some great friends here, and the food and wine have been amazing. Tomorrow's my last day after a week on my own as a female skier, and I've had the best holiday. Everyone on staff has been professional, caring, and genuinely interested in hearing about my day. My room was great and cleaned really well each day. I loved the outdoor pool and spa. I'd highly recommend it.

The food was impeccable, and the pool and spa area are amazing. The reception team were unbelievably helpful too. With the hotel right beside the cable cars and bike and ski rental, I can't recommend it enough.

The hotel activities kept us having fun, and Dario at the front desk was informative and made sure our needs were taken care of. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. I've stayed here twice this year, and both visits were wonderful. It's family friendly, super clean, and the food is delicious. I'll definitely be back.
