The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. The front doors open onto the high street, with a spa shop, ski hire places, a souvenir shop and more. Out back, the ski locker room is next to the door, and the slopes start more or less right there. Everything was really clean, from the food areas, reception and bar to the rooms and children's room. The staff worked hard and were friendly, genuinely helpful and always smiling, which made the place feel special. The interior design is unique and has a family touch. Steve the singer was not to be missed and added a lovely touch to the evenings. 100% recommend.

Traveling with our child for the first time, we found nothing lacking for either the adults or our little one. The team could quickly help with seasonal activities, shops, or information about the hotel and the area, and everything from reception and the restaurant to the terrace and spa was outstanding. I spend at least two months a year traveling and have stayed in plenty of hotels and other places, but I'm not easily impressed and don't usually leave reviews. Here, though, I truly felt at home. If you're going to Austria to ski or just relax in nature in summer, this is an ideal place. I'd be very happy to return.

I came to Saalbach Hinterglemm to mountain bike, and this hotel was a perfect fit. The room, food and service were amazing. After riding all day, I could relax in the sauna, then sleep well. The staff were really friendly too.
