The team were lovely and accommodating, and the free ski shuttle was a welcome extra. The hotel was very well cared for and generous with little touches, including the unexpected Thursday apres ski. We had a great stay at Barbarahof. It feels like a traditional Austrian hotel, with rooms that are smallish but very comfortable and clean. The sauna was a pleasant surprise, much larger than it looked in the pictures. Food was fantastic: a wide breakfast buffet, a very good salad buffet that changed daily, and creative, high-quality dinner choices. The ski area is great too, though unfortunately the valley run to the hotel was closed. We'd highly recommend staying here.

The restaurant and conservatory are pleasant places to eat, and the Weihenstephaner beer is nice, though at 6,50€ it should be. Most of the food was good, but the first dessert, Kaiserschmarren, arrived in a cold metal skillet and was cold too. It's a lovely little family-run hotel. The wellness area is fairly big, and even though it normally opens from 15-19 o’clock, they opened it early on our last day to help our group.

The outdoor space, pedal go-karts, and other toys were a real hit with the kids, and the hotel had a lovely family feel. The BBQ and marshmallows made for a special evening. My wife, our 8 year old son, and I stayed at the Hotel Barbarahof last week in a larger double room with its own sauna. It was clean and very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too, which is often overlooked. Service was first class, with lots of thoughtful touches that made the place feel special. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff really made this stay, they were warm and worked hard to give guests a good experience. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and welcoming, with everything on site. The wellness area was great, and the bar and restaurant served delicious meals with plenty of choice. We picked well and would happily come back 😀
