While I was on vacation, the nature club sold the house. The tenant had already been informed, and her motivation and service were accordingly abysmal. The matter is now settled. The new investor will use the house only for private purposes in the future.

We felt completely uncomfortable here. When we arrived, the owner seemed surprised and couldn't remember exactly when we were coming or how long we were staying. He also didn't notice when we left a day early. What a shame. The spa area didn't feel like a spa at all. The loungers were old, and the indoor fountain was broken. The hotel, especially the dining room, was dirty: the floor, dishes and seating were all unclean. There were empty alcohol bottles and glasses from the previous day, plus dead insects at the breakfast buffet, which was anything but appealing. We went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of the mornings. Yogurt came in buckets left carelessly on the table with a spoon, and there was a tray with a few slices of cheese and sausage and just two kinds of packaged jam. The orange juice pitcher had a clogged, dirty spout, so we didn't dare drink it. The owners sat at the next table drinking Red Bull and mostly smoking on the balcony. Their general manner seemed unprofessional, and they didn't seem to come from the hotel industry. On our first evening, coffee in the dining room was prepared beside full ashtrays. Dirty dishes were everywhere, and one look into the kitchen was enough. Our rooms were okay, but they weren't cleaned during our week-long stay. There was also a service cart in the entrance with glittery belts, nail files and silk stockings. What did that have to do with a sports hotel? The reviews on other sites like Booking.com or HolidayCheck don't seem realistic to me. Their style and presentation, and the timing, are always the same, which suggests manipulation. The hotel's website hasn't been updated since 2012, and the promotional video and description are completely inaccurate. Maybe they were fine a few years ago, but that's no longer the case.

The hotel sits right on the ski slope, so it's highly recommendable. Staff are helpful, though their interactions with guests can be a bit odd, especially when they gossip about other guests in front of them.

I don't recommend this place. We paid for our stay twice, once in cash and then again when the amount was deducted from our account. We weren't shown a single receipt during the whole stay, probably because of tax evasion. The staff were very unprofessional and confused, and I believe this was intentional. Negotiations were drawn out and complicated.
