We were supposed to fit three people into one double bed, and when we objected, our concern was ignored. Things got heated, and in the end two of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

We had everything we needed in the "Elisabeth" apartment, and it was absolutely wonderful. The ski lift is just a two-minute walk away. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely return. Thank you!

We arrived to an unfriendly welcome, and the kitchen cupboards had dirty plates and utensils. The apartment meant for four had been rented to six, so two people had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
