I've stayed at Zedern Klang in winter and summer, and both visits were unforgettable. Being surrounded by alpine green or a blanket of snow, it's a little slice of paradise. The peaceful mountain setting and soothing spa make it a lovely place to unwind and recharge. I especially enjoyed the cedar-scented saunas, outdoor pool, and wellness treatments. The food is top-class, and the hospitality is warm and attentive, with people who really care.

I've come here for the eighth time. It's a calm, peaceful place with beautiful nature and an uncrowded area. The spa and half board are great. An amazing experience from start to finish.

My reservation was canceled shortly before I was due to arrive, with no clear explanation and no help finding another place to stay. It was extremely stressful and inconvenient. I also couldn't get a response from the hotel despite trying to contact them. The abrupt cancellation and the way the situation was left unhandled showed little regard for guests. The customer service was poor and felt truly unprofessional, and it left me with a very poor impression of the hotel's service quality.

I was very disappointed by extra fees that hadn't been disclosed and charges for services I hadn't asked for or used. My voucher clearly covered three nights with breakfast, but I was billed unexpectedly for breakfast and dinner for two people each day, including items that were partly covered by the voucher. When I raised the issue, the staff were unfriendly and insisted I had to pay, saying the charges came with an extra package tied to my voucher. The lack of transparency and poor treatment left me extremely disappointed. It felt as though I was tricked into buying the voucher, then given no other option but to pay for extra services that cost even more than booking a room without a voucher. I definitely cannot recommend this accommodation.

The place was very clean, neat, and tidy, and the food was delicious with a good variety. The staff were attentive and very friendly. It's an ideal spot for total relaxation. I highly recommend it.
