We loved being able to walk into the town center and find plenty of restaurants nearby. The owners were happy to answer our questions and tell us about the area's history. My husband and I stayed four nights, and the apartment was very comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard.

The owners are lovely and welcoming, and they have their own vineyard. The apartments are beautiful, with a lovely garden. I'll definitely come back!

8/10
We had a hard time finding somewhere to eat, as the restaurants were either closed or had already shut their kitchens. The apartment itself is right in the center of Illmitz, with bike rentals and bakeries an easy walk away. It was also quiet, since there are only two apartments. We appreciated the two separate bedrooms and walk-in shower, and the well-kept space has lots of thoughtful details. The courtyard is charming, especially the little garden guests can pick from. Such a welcoming idea.

We've stayed here several times, and it's always been perfect. The apartment is top-notch, the courtyard is beautiful, and the location is great. The owners are very friendly, and the family's wine is excellent.
