The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Hotel Weingut Rosenhof has a traditional exterior and a modern interior. They welcome you with a free drink, which you can enjoy in the nice garden in the middle of the complex. Dinner here is a must. We tried the Schafskäse auf rucola, beef tatar, and halloumimuffin with some of their own wine. Everything was very delicious. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of choices.

The food is plentiful, but the tables are too small for everything that gets served, so there isn’t much room. Even so, it's a great place to be, with friendly service and a peaceful, cosy yard. The cuisine is genuine Burgenland cooking, right in the heart of Illmitz, and the food quality is great.

Thank you for the pleasant welcome and fantastic breakfast. I felt very comfortable at your Hotel. Sorry I left the bathroom lights on. I forgot to mention that I couldn't turn them off.
