The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were extremely friendly. Beyond that, the place is poorly managed despite being a beautiful old building. The spa area is inadequate and badly maintained, and the underground garage advertised online isn’t there. There’s no restaurant or bar in the building, and not even a minibar in the room, which doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. Worst of all was the woman at reception, who was unfriendly, uninterested, and arrogant.

Never again. The wellness area was absolutely disgusting, there’s no underground parking, and the hotel lady was a disaster. Very unfriendly.

A charming old place and really good value for the money. I’d buy again.....
