The mountain views were spectacular, and the hotel made getting around easy. It’s just a five-minute walk from the main train station, with plenty of places within walking distance. We had a birthday during our stay, and the staff had a special welcome ready for us. They were friendly and quick to help, even when I realized I’d forgotten my toothbrush. They brought up a small dental kit. Breakfast had lots of good options and cheerful service. The gym was well equipped too, with weights, nice machines, and enough room to work out. I’d happily come back.

My family and I felt well looked after throughout our stay, from breakfast and housekeeping to the front desk. Everyone was professional and friendly, which made it easy to relax. A special thanks to Denis at reception for being especially courteous and professional. We’d love to come back.

The location worked well for us, with the train station less than a ten-minute walk away and Old Town about ten minutes on foot. The ski storage was handy, especially with one of the town’s largest ski equipment rental shops very close by. The hotel itself was nicely updated, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and fairly priced.

The bar team, especially Youssef, made us feel so welcome. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful too, and even remembered our last name when we passed by. Maybe the Dalmatian gave us away, but those little touches really do make a difference. We had a wonderful break and are grateful to all the staff.

The room upgrade to a mountain view was a lovely surprise, and we got beautiful views of the peaks. The rooms were clean, modern, practical, and comfortable, without a lot of unnecessary extras. Breakfast was simple, but covered the basics well. I’d stayed at an AC Hotel in Melbourne, Australia before, so I knew the kind of experience to expect. This was consistent with that, with friendly front desk staff and dependable service. It isn’t a luxury stay, but it’s comfortable and well located, and the price felt fair for what you get. The upgrade made it even nicer.
