At 7AM on vacation, I was jolted awake by hammer drills and sledgehammers working right outside the window. The owner gave no warning about the extremely loud construction site beside the apartment. The work looks like it will go on for a while, so unless that sort of stay appeals to you, I strongly advise against booking for the next couple of months or so.

There are lots of shops around the building, and the rooms are clean and very nice. Tram line 43 is nearby, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. Parking in front of the building is available from Saturday after 1 p.m. through Monday at 8 a.m.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Street noise lasts until 11 p.m., but the quality makes up for the annoyance.
