The self-service entry and checkout were smooth and convenient, and saved a lot of time. I slept better here than at any other hotel I've stayed in. After just one night at Black Home Vintage, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a big plus in the summer heat. I'd highly recommend it for a cozy stay without hassles.

The apartment was nicely furnished and just a few minutes from Innsbruck's top tourist spots. We had a terrace with a mountain view, and the last-minute price was really fair. Check-in and checkout were comfortable using the machine about 200 meters from the building. There's also underground parking across the river, though we didn't use it.

The location was the one good thing about our one-night stay. The shower was broken and flooded the room, so even a two-minute shower felt dangerous, and the room stayed damp. Cleaning seemed rushed: we arrived while staff were still in the room, and later found plenty of dirt behind the bed and in the corners. We tried contacting the hotel, but nobody replied, even a week later. That was an awful stay, and I really wouldn't recommend it.

For the price, it worked fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. I had to call to get my check-in card, and the QR code in the room didn't work. I assume it was for the Wi-Fi, but 5G was good enough that I didn't mind.
