The mountain setting gives you a wonderful view over Innsbruck, especially at sunset. Even though I arrived late, the kitchen was still open and the food tasted lovely. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were high quality. The espresso disappointed me, though. There’s a spa with a sauna and pool, and it's a good spa, but anyone hoping for an “Aufguss” in the sauna may be let down. I’d book again.

I loved the location, with good public transport and a public bus to both the airport and Patscherkofel ski area. The hotel was nice, and breakfast and dinner were good.

The mountain spa has a lovely view, and the food selection at breakfast was great. Dinner here was the most enjoyable meal of my stay in the mountains. The hotel was beautiful and cozy, and everyone was friendly. Service was excellent.

The location was lovely, with nice walks nearby, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Staff were friendly and the food was lovely. Stay more than three days and you get free bus and tram travel, which is easy to use. My room had a hairdryer but no coffee facilities, and there were no irons, apparently because they can set off the fire alarms. I didn't really understand that. The church bells don't start chiming until 7am.

We spent four nights here in winter, and the hotel was clean and really nice. More than three nights gets you a Welcome Card, which includes beginner skiing, snow hiking, and other activities. The bus stop, tourism office, and sports rental shop are right across from the hotel. Staff were very friendly, and the sauna was great. There's both an indoor and outdoor pool. You can rent a bathrobe and flip-flops at reception for the sauna and pool.
