Appartementhaus Naturquell

After a long day of driving, we arrived and couldn't find any reception or instructions for getting into our room. We searched through our emails and eventually found a brief note saying we'd get an entry code by email before arrival, but that email never came. We tracked down a phone number and were told to drive another 3 km through the mountains in the dark, collect the key from another hotel, then come back. Once we got into the apartment, it was fine. The next morning we got up early to reach the slopes quickly, and the owner immediately shouted angrily at us. We'd used the electricity at the designated parking space, as shown in the photos, to charge our hybrid car. We'd also seen an electric car within a 30 km radius. Apparently charging wasn't allowed, but instead of explaining this politely and sorting it out properly, we were told to pay €35 in cash on the spot. That seems completely ridiculous for 30 km of electric driving. For comparison, €35 could have bought about 22 liters of diesel and taken us roughly 400 km. We tried to put it behind us as we carried on to our next accommodation, but being treated that way first thing in the morning left a very unpleasant feeling. I'd definitely advise others to look elsewhere. At the same price, you'll be treated very kindly somewhere else.
