There are lots of restaurants, bars and eateries nearby, and if you’re visiting at Christmas, the decorations are right outside the property. The room was cozy and beautiful, and worth the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating: they helped us with a quick, seamless online check-in, got us a welcome card for exploring the city before check-in, and arranged secure luggage storage.

We only wish we’d booked this place for our whole holiday. It was so cozy and very clean, much lovelier in person than the photos suggest. Innsbruck is a lovely city with plenty to do, and the summer cards made the stay even nicer. We could also use the hotel facilities down the road, and the pool view was exceptional. The beds were a bit hard and the kitchen somewhat limited, but neither was a big problem. We’ll definitely come back.

Our room had a bathtub, which we loved even though it was open concept. The Christmas market is less than 100 steps away, and it’s easy to get to Nordkette, Top of Innsbruck.

We loved staying at H5 Apartment. The studio room was great, the staff provided great service, and access to the wellness retreat services was a very welcome extra. Highly recommended!

We found a spacious room at a great price during the busy Christmas season. It was well lit, ventilated, and organized, with Christmas lights right outside. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
