We booked an apartment in Innsbruck over the busy Easter holidays and ended up having a very stressful time. The entry password system wasn't working when we arrived, and nobody answered when we called the number on the website multiple times. We were stuck outside for several hours with no way in and no help from the hosts. Two other guests eventually came downstairs with the same problem. They'd somehow found another phone number and shared it with us. When we called, a woman gave us the entry code, but said she had nothing to do with the apartment and was only responsible for providing codes. If those guests hadn't shown up, I honestly don't know what we would've done. We'd paid in advance, and finding another place over Easter would've been almost impossible. The owners didn't reply to any of our messages, even after we'd left. It felt like they didn't care at all. The whole experience caused a lot of needless stress and left us very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless management seriously improves its communication and support.

It's right in the center, so expect some street noise from parties. The good thing is that you can walk to anywhere in Innsbruck. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a short stay.

You can easily walk to everything from the old town location, with shops like MPreis and Spar, the Congressgarage parking garage (€16/day), sights including Golden Roof, City Tower, and Hofburg Palace, and lots of restaurants right nearby. The apartment is furnished with care down to the smallest detail, and I felt comfortable from the start. Check-in and check-out were super easy with the machine at the entrance. The team was always available when I had questions and sorted out all my concerns right away. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend it to everyone 😊

The apartment was clean, had everything I needed, and matched the description. Self check-in was especially smooth and saved time. The staff member was also really friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or ran into an issue. I was very happy with my stay and would gladly come back.
