My brother and I stayed here this past summer and had a great time. The interior felt really cozy, and the staff were accommodating. We'd definitely return if we're in Innsbruck again!

The stay itself was pleasant, and the hotel and service were lovely. But I accidentally left some products in the room. When I called shortly after checking out, I was told they'd been thrown in the trash, with no apology. For a small independent hotel, I think it would have been worth keeping them for a few days or at least notifying me. That felt like poor customer service and left a bad taste after an otherwise nice visit.

There’s no air conditioning in the room. When it’s warm outside, it gets unbearably hot in there and sleeping can be difficult.

I didn't stay here, but wanted to warn other travellers that check-in is only available until 10pm. If you're driving over, traffic could delay you, so keep that in mind before booking. Older reviews say they wouldn't refund the purchase.

I only stayed one night, but got a very warm welcome. Since I couldn't stay for breakfast, they made me a really nice lunch box. The room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable.
