Hotel Mondschein

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location is excellent and beautiful. If you stay two nights or more, you get the Innsbruck Card, with lots of benefits and even free excursions. I had a very clean room with plenty of storage, excellent comfort, and windows that did a great job keeping out sound. Everyone seemed friendly, cheerful, and helpful, from catering and reception to housekeeping, and the atmosphere at work felt good. Thank you!

We loved being able to walk over the bridge from the old town and see the hotel lit up with fairy lights. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, sheets, and pillows, and having a bath to warm up in after a snowy day was great. A small fridge would have been handy, though we managed fine without one. The reception team, along with the rest of the staff, were warm and helpful. They gave us lots of ideas for seeing Innsbruck, and we’d happily stay here again. One general breakfast gripe: it’s hard to enjoy a quiet meal when kids’ cartoons and games are playing out loud on phones or tablets. Parents should use headphones, and when they don’t, we wish staff would step in.

Our river-view room was spacious and well equipped, and breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and in a great spot for our two-night stay. Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. I’d book here again if I return to Innsbruck.

The reception staff were really helpful, and the room worked perfectly for our family of four. It was modern, roomy, and spotlessly clean. The old town, shops, and restaurants are all just a short walk away. I’d have rated it five stars if breakfast had more hot food. Boiled eggs were the only hot option, though there was a decent range of cold choices like bread, pastries, yogurt, and cereal.
