The room was very spacious, with two double beds, so our family was comfortable. It was quiet during our stay, and we had no issues like those mentioned in some other reviews. The bus stop is a two-minute walk away, central areas are 10 minutes by bus, and the Nordkette cable car stop isn’t far. Safety seemed good, though entry is only by code. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine, but no dryer. The kitchen was small but usable. Check-in instructions were clear, though they didn’t say which room was ours, so we had to try the code on each system to find it, which wasn’t great. The sheets were linty, and I think they could have been better given the room size. We got a welcome card with local public transport for two days if staying two days, but I only found out close to check-in, after I’d already bought a travel card. Others should check so they don’t waste money. Staying three days gets more benefits from the welcome card. All in all, it was an okay stay.

The location is handy, near the city centre and a bus stop, and given how hard it is to find affordable accommodation, we’d still recommend it. Just be aware of what to expect. The place was okay, but not spotlessly clean, and some small things seemed neglected. A few parts of the furniture were worn. The bathroom was big but a bit old, with only two skimpy towels. The beds creaked, and the walls didn’t block sound very well.

I came hoping for a quiet rest, but noise from the next room made that impossible. There was no soundproofing at all, so I could hear people talking, showering, and flushing the toilet. It left me with no sense of privacy. During my four-day stay, the towels weren’t replaced, and the bedding wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen utensils were very worn, and there was only one bread knife.
