The owners are excellent: welcoming, helpful and easy to reach if anything comes up. Spending the extra money was worth every cent. Loved it! Top8 at Kasperhof Holiday Apartments is a newly and modernly renovated apartment, equipped down to the details and set in a perfect, quiet spot for outdoor activities, including with dogs. It had everything we needed for a pleasant, relaxing stay. The unusually large balcony looks out over the mountains and Innsbruck, and is lovely for a meal or a drink. The bathroom and shower are so modern that it's hard to keep a shower short. You can adjust the TV to watch from bed, and the kitchen is very well equipped, though proper cereal bowls would be a useful addition. The pillows took some getting used to, but the mattress was very comfortable.

Staying at Kasperhof added a lot to my trip to Innsbruck. You can head out hiking from the back door, find restaurants nearby, and get to local transport for area attractions easily. The architecture is intriguing, the interior design compelling, and the natural surroundings breathtaking.

Petra made sure we had the Innsbruck Welcome Card digitally before arriving, and communication with her was good. We preferred being in Hötting, about 15 minutes from the city center by bus. The stop is only 100 m down the road, and Innsbruck's public transport was dependable and free with the Welcome Card. We had everything we needed in Waldkönig/Top 4A and didn't need to bring anything. The apartment was huge for us, very clean, and had a lovely balcony with an awesome view. We had the best time at Kasperhof and would definitely choose Petra and co. as hosts again :)

The owners were really friendly and helpful, and the apartment was a real winner. It was the cleanest and tidiest I've ever stayed in, with good-sized spaces and everything we needed. Kasperhof is beautifully set against the mountains, near hiking trails, yet close enough to reach the city center in ten minutes. We had a lovely stay!

We stayed in winter, with snow everywhere, and the place looked beautiful. The accommodation is warm and clean inside, with everything you need and a large balcony with amazing views. It's outside town, but there's a regular bus right out front. I enjoyed watching the horses in the stables, and the host was lovely too.
