The little forest path was lovely for walking our dog, and we liked being next to the golf course, where we could watch people play. Alex was so friendly and easygoing, and really went out of his way to make the holiday special. There was a surprise for the kids and our furry companion, plus a dog snack during a walk, which charmed us. Our family of four and dog had plenty of room. The apartment was very well equipped, with a full kitchen, a great balcony and views, and a washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were beautifully kept. We’ll definitely come back.

We paid a fair price for a small two-bedroom apartment that had everything our group of two adults and two youths needed. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the owner all went smoothly. It’s conveniently placed for several ski centers, with free WiFi and parking. The indoor pool and sauna are in a separate building across the street.

I had a bad experience at check-in. The owner agreed on a personal call to cancel the check-in, and suggested it again. A few minutes later, he refused in the official Booking.com messages. That left us with no way to check in and no cancellation either. Also, he reported negative reviews on Goole, so I’m attaching screenshots of the booking and call records. This isn’t fake, something similar happened just a few posts below.

Changing our winter plans to summer turned out to be a good decision. The Alps are wonderful then, and in early August the woods were full of raspberries and blueberries. The balcony had a lovely view, and the apartment had enough kitchen equipment for two adults and two children. We used the pool in the opposite house several times, a nice extra that guests can access for free. It’s a convenient spot for outings nearby and farther away.

For work trips over the past 2-3 years, groups of 12-20 colleagues and I have rented these apartments for stays of several days. It’s always been a good time, and they’re very affordable. The Grimming view is amazing, staff are extremely helpful and flexible, and the pool and sauna are right next door. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the area.
