The wellness area was a real treat after skiing, especially the heated pool with its mountain views. The hotel is also peaceful despite being only a short walk from the lifts and the center of Ischgl. We had a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, cozy, and nicely decorated, with Alpine character and modern comforts. Dinner was outstanding, and the beautifully presented food was delicious. The pralines at dessert were a particular highlight, and the ingredients and chef's creativity came through in every bite. Alpenhotel Ischglerhof deserves its five stars for its service, food, and amenities. A great choice for a premium ski holiday.

The rooms are beautiful and roomy, breakfast is luxurious, and dinner is fantastic. You really feel like a guest in lively Ischgl, with full service throughout. It's not a cheap stay, especially in high season, though that's true of all the superior hotels here. This is an experience, not just somewhere to sleep.

We called a week ahead, but there was very little effort to help with vegan food. We accepted the vegetarian option, yet on some days they didn't even have that, and the staff didn't seem to care. They charge for tap water and nearly everything else. The owners were uptight and not very friendly. Plenty of better hotels around.

The spa area is awesome, and the hotel is nice and clean, with modern rooms. I do wish breakfast had more variety. The Silvretta Sommer Card should also be included for guests.

Josephine is absolutely brilliant, and bartender felix is a legend. I've never seen anyone pour a beer like he does!
