Alpvita Piz Tasna

We slept well in our spotless, quiet room, with beautiful mountain views to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was fresh, varied and full of local flavours, and the wellness area was a peaceful place to relax after exploring. Hotel Alpvita Piz Tazna is charming and beautifully kept, with a cosy alpine feel and plenty of comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. We left feeling refreshed and pampered, already thinking about another visit. A very relaxing, authentic alpine getaway, highly recommended.

The town is beautiful and feels like something from a fairy tale, and the hotel's location is excellent: quiet, yet close to the centre and ski lifts. We loved the hotel and want to thank the whole team. The people working behind the scenes make it easy for guests to simply enjoy themselves, thanks to a really well-chosen team. The food was a real pleasure, with daily delicacies, high-quality local ingredients and an incredible range of cuisine. The hosts, a lovely family, made us feel welcome and looked after. Petra and Rebecca took wonderful care of us at breakfast and dinner every day, while housekeeping did everything perfectly so discreetly that we hardly noticed them. We also had a very relaxing massage with Markus, who was professional and friendly. Michelle and Alina were always ready to help, chat and suggest activities. We especially appreciated the high level of service for our child in every respect.

Getting to the Fimbabahn is easy: walk two or three minutes down the road to the tunnel, then take the travelator. On the way back, a branch of red 1 ends at the bottom of the road, beside a little après bar, so it's almost ski-in. The hotel has a cosy feel and a lovely atmosphere. It's spotless, with a small pool and sauna. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the restaurant is a good choice for dinner. I'd love the chance to return. Many thanks to all the staff. We arrived at the restaurant dressed well and ready to have dinner with our family. At first everything seemed fine, but then they suddenly told us it was “fully booked,” so we had to leave, even though the place was empty. When we came back an hour and a half later, it was still basically empty. They clearly lied, and made us feel very unwelcome. A short but terrible experience.
