They really care about making the stay a good one. We could choose a softer or harder mattress, and when the dishwasher broke, the staff handwashed our dishes every day while we were out snowboarding. We didn’t realize it was broken and thought they’d run it for us. The rooms were nice, the service was the best, and the lifts are within walking distance.

We had lockers at the base of the mountain for our ski gear, which was super helpful since I don’t want to walk farther than necessary in ski boots. The apartment was a short five-minute walk from the slope base and "downtown". My family of six stayed for a week at the end of March in a two-bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and modern, with excellent showers. Daniela was sweet and friendly, and helped us find some great dinner and dessert spots.

The lockers are handy, about a five-minute walk away and directly below one of the major ski lifts, with another lift just two minutes away. The ski school office is there too. The walk into town is short, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely, especially the views, and you can order fresh bread for the next morning every day.

We had the apartment on the 3rd floor for a whole week and loved it. The two balconies had lovely mountain views, and the bathroom was huge. There was also climate control, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and new furniture with beautiful decor. We even had access to the VIP Depot lockers next to the ski lift station. We’ll be back!
