It was our first time skiing in Ischgl, and we loved it. The slopes are long, wide and well maintained. The location is perfect, breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean and well designed. Until next time!

The rooms were cozy, breakfast had plenty of good options, and the little spa was fine. The location right by the slope was great too. But check-in was a mess. We arrived around 3 pm on Monday, after they had asked us when we would get there, and found the front door locked. It needed a key card, which we didn't have. We waited outside in the cold for about 20 minutes until other guests returned and let us in. Nobody was at reception, and calls to the number on the hotel's website went unanswered. A notice said staff would be there from 8 to 11 am, and otherwise guests should dial "0" from their room phone, which we couldn't use before checking in. So we had to ask other guests to call the owner for us. It took about an hour to get checked in, and nobody apologized. Our room was for three, but only had two sets of towels and slippers. The hotel itself was decent, but the owner could use some work on hospitality and manners.

We loved our stay. The room was great, and the spa was even better. Dinner was amazing, breakfast was good, and the service was super friendly. The deal was good too, with the room, meals, spa, and cable car to the mountains included.

The spa and breakfast were both good, and getting to the slope was easy. It had everything we needed for a week of skiing.
