Hotel Garni Maria Theresia

We came in for a drink and put our snowboards under the table. The owner angrily picked them up and threw them out onto the street without saying a word. If he had politely asked us to move our things, we would have done it right away. Very unfriendly and arrogant owner. Watch out with that man!!!

We went for dessert, and the ice cream was huge and arrived very quickly. We sat outside in a nicely heated area. A very nice, patient lady gave us time to choose, and the service made our night much better after the below-average service we'd had at another restaurant. The pleasant vibe outside helped too.

I liked how the place looked, but the COVID flight restrictions meant we couldn't travel. I knew the booking was non-refundable and only asked to move the dates. The hotel flatly refused to reschedule, so I'll look elsewhere for next summer's holiday.

For what we paid, the food was pretty mediocre. Two burgers cost 30 euros and were a bit dry, the fries came with sauce in a packet, and the salad had too much dressing.
