Our stay was very pleasant, and the room was spacious, clean, and just as shown. Breakfast was very good, with quality ingredients. They even had fruit and a proper juicer at breakfast, which you don’t often see in this price range. The nearest ski lift is about a five-minute walk away, and the nearest slope is two minutes away. The service was amazing. Sissi and her staff were exceptional. When our car developed a problem at checkout and we couldn’t leave, the hotel manager called a local mechanic, who arrived in under ten minutes and fixed it. While we waited, she invited us into the lounge for a complimentary coffee.

A great place to stay, with a lovely hotel, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. One thing to keep in mind: there’s a small hill to walk up to reach the tunnel that takes you to the lift, and it can be slippery in ski boots.

Fimba is the closest gondola, and it takes you to Idalp. It also seems less crowded during the morning rush, so the queue is shorter. All three gondolas are just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. You’re also some distance from the High Street (Dorfstraße), which can get noisy in the evening or at night. The rooms are warm and cosy, and breakfast is fine. You can choose an apartment with self-catering if you prefer. Sissi and the team are very helpful and will assist with whatever you need. The price is reasonable for what’s available in Ischgl. It’s an ideal hotel for a ski holiday here.
