The owners were friendly, the room stayed clean, and the ski room was always warm. It’s quiet even though everything is close by, and the location is great. You can buy a ski pass at reception too. We loved everything and couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks for everything!

The hosts were what impressed me most. They took care of every request with attention and flexibility, yet made it all feel easy and natural. The service was consistently excellent, always available without ever being intrusive. You feel genuinely looked after, rather than just like another guest. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere made me feel at home right away. It combines style, warmth, and a sense of well-being that’s hard to find. This was a special stay in Ischgl, and I’d gladly return. For me, it deserves five stars plus.
