Lovely apartments.

I've skied in Ischgl three years in a row now, and this fantastic accommodation is a big reason I keep coming back. Every stay has been superb. The rooms are lovely and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is friendly and excellent. There's also a great spa area and underground parking, all for a fair price. The Ischgl ski area is only 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!

The sauna was the one real highlight, but it was only open for two hours a day, with no other option. Breakfast was another disappointment. It wasn't included, so we paid €25 per person for limited choices and cold cuts from the previous day. For our table of six, they served three cucumber slices. One person ordered a boiled egg but didn't eat it, and the next day we found it peeled on a plate with the cold cuts. At first we got two trays, each with three cucumber slices; the next day the receptionist brought only one and asked, "Why didn't we eat the last one? Why two?" We came for a winter ski trip. The hotel looked nice in the photos, and with few options available we chose it, partly because it had a fairly high rating. The rooms were okay, but I didn't think they were worth the price. If you stay here, don't pay for breakfast. Better still, choose another hotel if you have the option.

I've had many good experiences in Ischgl and elsewhere in Austria over the years, so it's a shame to deal with people who are so unfriendly, nearly rude, and don't even bother replying to a very polite email.
