The only drawback for us was the distance from Kitzbühel city center, since we had to take a taxi every time. A shuttle would be really practical. Otherwise, it's a wonderful hotel, with easy ski-in, ski-out access and a very good breakfast. Josef from bellteam is excellent and gave us the best service.

The service stood out, so professional and friendly, which you don't often find in Europe these days. Our room was spacious, and the clean pool had comfortably warm water. The hotel has all the facilities you need, and the beautiful scenery surrounds you from every angle. We really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. We'd definitely come back.

The spa and pool were beautifully kept, and the food added to an easy, restorative stay. Das Tirol is well placed for an active holiday with wellness facilities right at the hotel. The team were professional from the moment we arrived, and the accommodation was very comfortable. Service was consistently attentive throughout. We highly recommend Das Tirol for a high-quality retreat.

Housekeeping was the worst I've ever experienced. The carpet wasn't vacuumed once, bathroom and toilet floors were never washed, and the toilet itself wasn't cleaned during our stay. They only changed the towels when I asked, and the bed linen after I requested it following four days. The room's rubbish was left there and the water wasn't replenished. Restaurant service was also very slow and often seemed unwilling. On our first day, we waited 40 minutes for someone to serve us, then another 1.5 hours for lunch. Unbelievable.

Breakfast had plenty of options and was nice, though staff weren't very attentive and we had to ask twice for coffee. It's a good hotel for couples or families with kids. The spa has several pools and about five saunas, and the gym is average-sized but fine for a full workout. There's also a large children's room where someone can look after the kids.
