JUFA Hotel Mariazell

This is a pleasant hotel for families, with polite staff who are happy to help. The breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the pool is nice and big, with lots of fun for little ones. I recommend it to families. One thought for management: a minibus to take guests to and from the train station or ski station would be useful and more sustainable.

We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend the hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, the bathroom smelled nice when we arrived, and the windows were spotless. We enjoyed the wellness area too, especially the perfect water temperature and the great saunas. The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The Hungarian receptionist was especially helpful, sharing lots of good suggestions for things to do nearby and explaining the hotel's features. We stayed for two nights. The one downside was the elevator being out of order, with no advance notice posted anywhere. Since our room was on the third floor, the stairs were difficult for our older family members.

The dinner buffet was a real highlight. It cost 21 euros per person, had an unbelievable range of dishes, and everything was skillfully prepared and full of flavor. The selection changed each evening. Breakfast was included too, with a generous all-you-can-eat spread, plenty of delicious options, and great quality and presentation. The pool and sauna made for a relaxing stay, and the staff were attentive and hospitable. The property is in a quiet spot away from city noise and pollution, yet taxis and buses are easy to get. I originally booked one night, but the service, location, and quality convinced me to stay two more. It offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and value, and I'd recommend it for a memorable visit.

Clean, nice rooms, a good breakfast selection, and a swimming pool. Good hotel.
