Several beautiful hikes start just seconds from the house, and the Großglockner is right around the corner. We stayed in the "Blauspitze" room, which was very clean and just right for two. Annelies welcomed us when we arrived, and she’s a warm, lovely person. We had a wonderful holiday and will be back.
Haus Untermoa is a great base for mountain biking, hiking or simply enjoying Austria’s scenery. There are plenty of mountain routes starting in Großdorf for exploring the national park Hohe Tauern. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with all the kitchen equipment and supplies we needed. There’s a grocery store nearby, or you can get fresh bread each day through the house’s extra bakery service. We also had a private balcony where we could enjoy the fresh Austrian air. The hosts are passionate and friendly, and made us feel right at home. I’d give it 6 out of 5 if I could, and we’d love to return!
We stayed for a week with our young daughter in the Haus Untermoa apartment Schönleiten, and can highly recommend it. It was one of the coziest, warmest furnished holiday apartments we’ve stayed in. Annelies and Alois gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home on holiday. This definitely won’t be our last visit!
There are two lovely holiday apartments in the heart of Großdorf/Kals, with very friendly hosts who have tips about the area. A small supermarket is in the neighboring village, and Lienz is easy to reach by car.
The owners were welcoming, and the accommodation was great. I'd happily stay there again.
