I've been lucky enough to start ski season at Franz's for several years, coming from Thuringia. He's a fantastic host, charming, funny, and always helpful. The rooms are clean and beautifully furnished, just perfect 👏

We feel right at home with Frans the Belgian every December. He's the best landlord in the world, and we've always had guaranteed snow. The Matrei ski area is fantastic, with genuinely rustic ski huts.

The apartment had everything we needed, and we loved the sauna area. The owners were so friendly and always around when we had questions or needed help. A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful setting. Thank you so much!

It's our 10th visit, and the landlord is world-class. The surroundings are one of a kind. With the best spot right here, why look anywhere else in the world?

We had everything we needed in this farmhouse. It's well equipped and has every comfort, with lovely decor. The hosts were very friendly and ready to help with questions, and the morning bread delivery works well. We felt at ease and would love to return.
