The location was ideal, just a 30-second walk from the Zillertal train and about six minutes from the ski lift. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our very comfortable stay. I’d happily recommend it.

The train station is right across the main road, and it takes about eight minutes to walk to the gondola. There’s also a café bar downstairs and a burger place next door. Breakfast was good each morning. In the room, though, I found the mattresses a bit too soft, there was just one pillow per bed, and the towels were quite small.

The industrial look takes a moment to get used to. I was surprised at reception, then again when I opened the room door, but five minutes later I was won over. The service was spot on, the food and drinks selection was great, and breakfast was excellent. All at a reasonable price. Give it a try!

We came for work, but the team made the place feel like home. Everyone working at the hotel was warm and really helpful, and the hotel was both peaceful and cool. Lucas, thanks for everything. You, Virag, Ciaran and Mara looked after us so well that we think of you as friends now.

After a day in the snow, the spa was a lovely place to unwind. The rooms are spacious, with enough room for ski gear and clothes, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
