We had a great stay in this lovely, spacious house. The lift is about a 10-minute walk away, so we decided to use the ski lockers near it.

There are lots of places to eat within walking distance, and Kaltenbach itself is only five minutes away on foot. The apartment is centrally located, roomy, and has everything you need. You can reach all the ski areas in under 10 minutes by car or ski bus.

We spent the last four days at Jutta's Sonnenhaus top 2 in Stumm and loved it. The mountain view and lovely garden were a treat, and it's a handy base for day trips. Inside, everything had been thought of, the apartment was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely come back.

We've visited Kaltenbach many times, and this has been our best accommodation so far. Great welcome, a lovely apartment, and a great location. If we come back for a winter holiday next year, Jutta will be the first person we ask. Thanks and best wishes from the Rudolph tour group.

A really nice, clean place to stay. The owners are friendly and do their best to make the visit comfortable.
