We were a large group, staying in double rooms with private bathrooms and balconies. There was also a big shared room in the basement with a superbly equipped kitchen. Andrea and Otto made us feel welcome right away and were incredibly wonderful hosts. The Kappl ski area was easy to reach from a direct entry point on the valley run, and we took the ski bus to Ischgl.

Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. It’s a great place for a ski trip, especially for a big group, with an incredibly hospitable host. You can get to the ski lift in Ischgl in just a few minutes, and St. Anton is half an hour away. Highly recommend!

The owners were always ready to help, and we could cook our own meals in the shared kitchen. The rooms were clean and cozy. A great skiing base, and I highly recommend it for groups of any size.

The price for what we got in summer was unbeatable. We were six people on a week-long motorcycle holiday, and the house suited our group perfectly. Each of us had a room, and we could use the large breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen whenever we wanted, at no extra charge. Otto was friendly and accommodating throughout, and even cleared space in his garage for our motorcycles. Thanks for a wonderful week! I’m planning to return with my family to ski this winter.
