The staff were happy to help with anything, parking was free, and the bus stop is about 150 metres from the hotel. Breakfast was nice and the price was very good. I don't understand the 3.9 Google rating. I've stayed in better hotels, sure, but they cost five times as much :)

The price feels high for what you get, especially since other places in Kappl cost less. Still, we would stay again because it met our needs. The staff were kind, and Vanessa helped us a lot. The team seemed somewhat uncoordinated during the so-called January break. I hope the busy season goes smoothly for them. I think things will improve once they get their processes aligned, since they mainly seem to be missing routine.

The bus stop is close, though Kappl ski area is still 900 m away. The location is okay. We had excellent rooms, a good breakfast, and very nice staff. Thanks to Marina and Adrian for their kindness and good conversation. Definitely a place to return to!

For this price, it's hard to find a better option. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms clean, and the staff friendly. Great for skiers, with the ski bus stop just two minutes away.
