We rented two apartments for our ski holiday. Both had plenty of space and were well equipped. Whenever we needed something, Luca was easy to reach and brought us what we asked for right away.

The parking garage and the bidet beside the toilet were things we liked, and the balcony was nice too. But the rooms were dirty, with hair all over, and there was a burnt smell throughout the hallways. The sauna wasn't working, and there’s no AC in the rooms. Reception is off-site and isn't open around the clock. Someone tried to get into our room at night, and with no reception there was nobody to call. The doors don't have latches either.

We'd planned to eat here, but after the way we were treated, we changed our minds. The receptionist spoke to us arrogantly when I asked her to open the garage, saying she couldn't because she had no access. We'd already been directed there by a man who came outside and sent us to the garage without asking anything. Were we meant to back the car out while standing right in front of it? The address on the website, or at least on Booking, wasn't clear to us. There's also a restaurant with the same name across the river, which made finding the hotel confusing. The woman pointed to a leaflet and said, “This is not here, we have nothing to do with it.” I found her attitude completely inappropriate when we were only asking for help.

The breakfast had a wide choice and was really good, and the place was very clean. We stayed in a suite as three sisters, with two of us sharing a room and the third sleeping on the sofa bed. The furniture felt new and luxurious, and everything seemed well organized. Even the soap, lotion, shampoo and little dishwashing liquid were good quality. There were four soft drinks and two sparkling water bottles in the fridge. We had a mountain view and a balcony. The price was a bit high, about £200 with breakfast, but I only booked one day ahead, so maybe it would've been cheaper earlier or without breakfast. We only saw the receptionist at check-in, since checkout was self-service. They trust guests a lot that way. Regards to the host.
