We enjoyed our July 2018 visit to Haus Rudolf. The apartment was roomy, thoughtfully laid out, and equipped well for our family of four. With the summer pass, we could admire the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m) and the Schmittenhöhe. The castle and the toboggan run are also worth seeing. Wishing Ruud and Suzanne many more wonderful visitors! There are lovely trails for hiking and mountain biking in summer, and plenty of skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing in winter. The sporty Dutch family who runs the place knows the routes well and can point guests in the right direction. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, on the edge of charming Kaprun. It’s the kind of holiday place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommended.

The owners were wonderfully welcoming, and the apartment had everything we needed. It’s in a handy spot near both the center of Kaprun and the ski bus, which made it easy to get to the wellness center when the weather wasn’t so good. A beautiful place to stay.
