Karen and the other hosts were welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the free parking and the Kaprun Summer Card, which gave us discounts and free access to local attractions. Our apartment at Haus Voglreiter was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The location worked really well, close to a supermarket, restaurants, and attractions. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

I’m unhappy about being charged €25 for a lost key during my stay. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and have never seen such a high fee for a replacement key. It seems far beyond what’s reasonable or usual. I’d like the charge reviewed and a more proportionate solution.

We spent 7 nights in Kaprun, close to the GGUT finish line. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had lovely views. With the Sommerkarte, it was great value.

Our host was kind and welcoming, and we got the Kaprun zell am see summer card, which includes free entry to many great attractions and cable cars in the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and lovely, with a beautiful view. Wonderful place!
